Client Login Issue

Issue: The collective data client is launched and the progress bar continues to go back and forth but never logs in. This behavior occurs on all stations.

The solution: There are a couple of items to check to resolve this.

  1. Reboot the system that runs the collectiveServer. The port may be not be open..
  2. Firewall software may have been installed, updated, or reconfigured blocking the port. The default port is 8080.
