Client Login Issue
Issue: The collective data client is launched and the progress bar continues to go back and forth but never logs in. This behavior occurs on all stations.
The solution: There are a couple of items to check to resolve this.
- Reboot the system that runs the collectiveServer. The port may be not be open..
- Firewall software may have been installed, updated, or reconfigured blocking the port. The default port is 8080.
