Workflow: To Do/ Task List is not being updated from Work Order
Go to the To Do List or Task List and see what is listed in the Task column.
Go to the Work Order that should have that Service or Inspection on it.
Click the Details tab and verify the Work Order Service or Inspection matches what is scheduled on the To Do or Task List.
If there is not an identical match, either change or add the Service/Inspection to the work order.
Re-save and make sure the Work Order is closed.
Click Refresh on the To Do/ Task List and the schedule should be updated.
