How It Works
1. A request for an item is placed
Employees request items in the Collective Data asset management system, informing the supply management team and/or supervisor for approval.
2. Easily assign equipment to a specific locker
Once item has been approved for issue, it’s set to a specific locker and marked as “awaiting deposit” as it waits for the item to be delivered to the locker.
3. Deposit Issued Items into Locker
Staff accesses the locker to deposit the item and securely closes the compartment.
4. Notification Sent
A notification is sent to the employee letting them know that their item is ready for pickup.
5. Secure access ensures accountability
The employee accesses the locker through customer-defined methods (badge, passcode, etc.) and the locker opens.
After taking out the item and closing the compartment, the Collective Data system marks the item as “issued” to the employee for further tracking.
