Client Success Engineer

Collective Data is seeking a skilled Client Success Engineer with a strong desire to learn our proprietary languageIn this role you will serve in a project management role to handle deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, and coding. You will exercise your judgment in determining and recommending the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines, and other resource constraints. You will be challenged and provided a tremendous opportunity for growth in a customer facing, fast paced, agile environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish understanding of client user needs to configure imports, build reports, and security profiles via Collective Data’s proprietary editors to meet requirements  
  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug mission critical software source code using modern software development languages and tools 
  • Manage technical discussions with client and/or third-party IT teams 
  • Carefully document requested features, scope and requirements for each project 
  • Recommend new product offerings based on client and prospect discussions 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • A strong technical aptitude 
  • Confidence in working alongside and communicating with clients  
  • A solid understanding of software development process fundamentals 
  • A strong, self-motivated desire to learn new programming languages, tools, frameworks, and techniques 
  • Familiarity with basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, and XML 
  • Knowledge of a version control system (e.g., Git) 
  • Familiarity and experience with various computer languages and technologies 

 Education and/or Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science / MIS, related field, or equivalent experience.  
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills.  
  • Able to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently  

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of related IT experience

Client Success Manager

Collective Data is seeking a seasoned Client Success Manager with a strong desire to learn our proprietary application. You will serve as a client advocate by working alongside our sales and operations teams to develop business and deliver solutions in an efficient and effective manner that facilitates a satisfied and growing client base where needs are understood and satisfied. In this position, you will be directly involved in the sales process while working to improve the overall client experience. You will be challenged and provided an opportunity for growth in a client facing, fast paced, agile environment.

 

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the day-to-day contact for all client needs:

· Service / support requirements

· Project management

· Service renewals

· Upselling of additional products and services

· Role model/develop standards for proficiency in client advocacy

· Improve upon existing client onboarding model the ensures effective sell through, client satisfaction post-sale, and the establishment of long-term mutually beneficial relationships

· Considering the lifetime value of a client, participate in the development of upsell and cross-sell programs that resolve client issues while increasing revenue

 

Required Skills & Experience:

· Strong communication and ability to speak both from the business side and at a high level on the technical side

Software Support Specialist

Collective Data is seeking a self-motivated individual to offer support in our software application development lifecycle. You will be challenged with learning our proprietary application and supporting our client base in a customer facing, fast paced, agile environment. Responsibilities:

· Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and various other electronic mediums

· Establish an understanding of user needs to configure imports, reports, and other business logic via Collective Data’s proprietary editors to meet those needs

· Offer end user training via web conferencing

· Provide assistance with software installation and implementation

· Provide end user quality assurance testing, documentation, training, and support on client requested features

· Assist with data migration and conversions from various systems

· Manage and apply Windows updates and antivirus software

· Provide general desktop support

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

· Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and provide optimal customer support

· Established skill set in promptly answering support-related e-mails, phone calls, and other electronic communications

· Demonstrated proficiency in dealing in both hardware and software-based issues with skills in database technologies and languages

· Experience with Windows updates, antivirus software, and desktop support

Software Quality Assurance

Collective Data is seeking a seasoned Software Quality Assurance team member. In this role you will ensure that Collective Data’s products released adhere to the strict quality standards that our customers expect, and we demand. You will learn and troubleshoot our proprietary application while being challenged and provided opportunity for growth in a customer facing, fast paced, agile environment.

 

Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain test plans for existing products and modules

· Create and maintain a suite of automated test scripts using provided testing tool

· Document and share best practices related to Quality Assurance and Internal Processes

· Work with developers and customers to create test plans for new features and functionality

· Look for opportunities to improve processes in Application and Testing standards

· Gather and submit updated information for use in making updates to User Guides and other customer facing documents

· Create test plans for customer use in reviewing data and/or verification of new functionality

· Plan and execute testing activities prior to releases of new and existing products and new versions of our Core

· Facilitate conversations to define severity and triage bugs found in our products

· Facilitate conversations to streamline and improve efficiency in our internal processes

· Train other employees in testing best practices and testing tools

 

Required Skills & Experience:

Sales Development Representative

Collective Data is rapidly expanding and is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth. The ideal candidate will research, communicate, and qualify prospects for the top of the sales funnel while beginning the process for long-term mutually beneficial relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities through research that leads to identifying key players and decision-makers to generate interest
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls (roughly 50% of your time), e-mails, social mediums, and video outreach
  • Present Collective Data to potential prospects while seeking to understand the prospect’s needs to begin a conversation that leads to suggesting a potential solution and demonstration
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities within the target market
  • Team with strategic partners to continue the building of a pipeline at the top of the funnel
  • Establish meetings and / or demos between prospects and our experienced sales team
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:
