Our commitment

Collective Data is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to help ensure our digital experiences are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

We strive to provide an accessible experience, but some content or features may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. We prioritize fixes based on impact and severity, and we welcome feedback to help us improve.

How we evaluate accessibility

Accessibility evaluation includes a combination of manual and automated testing and assistive technology checks.

Accessibility conformance report (VPAT)

Collective Data provides an Accessibility Conformance Report (International Edition, VPAT® 2.5) that describes conformance details and testing methods, including evaluation to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the use of assistive technologies and tools (e.g., NVDA and automated checkers).

Third-party content

Some pages may include third-party tools or content that we do not control. While we encourage our partners to provide accessible experiences, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party sites; however, we welcome feedback if a third-party experience prevents you from accessing content or completing a task.
