- Multi-year VITA contract makes Collective Data’s platform available to every public body in the Commonwealth for quicker, easier procurement
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – April 29, 2026 – Collective Data Inc., a leading provider of fleet and asset management software, has been awarded a Commonwealth of Virginia statewide contract (VA-260501-CVDI) for Fleet and Asset Management Information System services. The contract was issued by the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) and is open to all authorized public bodies across the Commonwealth, including state agencies, local governments, public schools, transit authorities and participating private institutions of higher education.
The contract runs through April 30, 2028, and includes four two-year renewal options, representing a potential relationship spanning more than a decade. Under the agreement, Virginia public entities can access Collective Data’s configurable fleet and asset management platform without conducting separate competitive procurements, saving agencies time and procurement costs.
“Many Virginia agencies are managing complex, high-stakes assets on outdated platforms. What the Contract Covers
Under VA-260501-CVDI, Virginia public bodies can access Collective Data’s full suite of fleet and asset management capabilities:
- Vehicle and equipment lifecycle management
- Preventive and corrective maintenance workflows
- Work order, parts and inventory management
- Fuel integration and consumption tracking
- Motor pool and reservations
- Telematics and GPS integrations
- Configurable dashboards, reporting and analytics
- Historical data migration from legacy systems
Implementation services, configuration, training and ongoing support are available directly through the contract.
